Order confirmation

Submitting a cart or WhatsApp order request does not complete the sale. Your selected items are placed on hold while Sophia checks the order and prepares the invoice.

Delivery

The customer chooses either PUDO or PAXI and provides the preferred collection point at checkout. The customer does not choose the parcel size or pay a delivery amount on the checkout form. Sophia selects the correct parcel/box size or PAXI bag/service and adds the delivery amount when preparing the invoice.

Payment and dispatch

After receiving your invoice, make payment and send proof of payment to Sophia on WhatsApp. Once payment is verified, your parcel is prepared and sent. A 5% Buyer Protection fee is calculated on the item subtotal and shown separately.

Change-of-mind returns

Because Findaroo items are one-off, new or pre-loved pieces, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please review all photographs, measurements, condition notes and disclosed flaws before ordering.

This does not remove any rights that apply when an item is materially different from its description or where South African law provides otherwise. Contact Findaroo promptly if there is a genuine problem.
